What's the difference between full-service and examination contracts? +

Full-service covers parts, labor, and emergency callbacks for a predictable monthly cost. Examination contracts include routine maintenance and inspections with parts and emergency repairs billed separately, lower monthly cost, variable repair expenses.

How many visits per month do we get? +

Your contract specifies guaranteed minimum visits. We meet or exceed that commitment and document every call. Visit frequency depends on elevator type, age, and usage.

Do you service all elevator brands? +
